The U.S. Department of Labor recently selected Scott Ketcham, M.P.A., CSP, as director of OSHA’s Directorate of Construction (DOC). Ketcham, a professional member of our National Capital Chapter, had served as deputy director of DOC since February 2017.

Ketcham has served as an OSHA acting deputy regional administrator, area director, assistant area director, and compliance officer and manager in regions across the U.S. He was a staff industrial hygienist with the U.S. Army Medical Activity for 5 years in Alaska and retired after 24 years of active and reserve service. Ketcham holds an M.P.A. in Business Administration and Management from University of Alaska and a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
