Neil SchnaakWith more than 30 years of experience, Neil Schnaak has expertise in coaching management teams and leaders to achieve organizational and safety-specific objectives. Prior to rejoining DEKRA as a lead executive consultant in 2021, he was the managing director of safety and security at Hawaiian Airlines, where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s safety, security, emergency response, business continuity and regulatory compliance programs. Schnaak provided leadership to support the safe, efficient and secure operation of more than 95,000 yearly inter-island, trans-Pacific and international operations conducted by more than 7,500 employees.
