Scott Margolin, Vice President of Technical, Tyndale Company Inc.
Scott Margolin has more than 30 years of experience in AR/FR clothing; he was a firefighter, then held positions with DuPont and Westex before joining Tyndale. He has conducted more than 2,200 arc flashes and nearly 4,000 flash fires at labs globally. His research focuses on real-world hazards and PPE performance. Margolin chairs several FRC-related ASTM committees and participates in NFPA 2112 and 70E. He has authored technical articles and white papers; participated in webcasts; is chair of Partnership for Electrical Safety; and is a subject matter expert for OSHA, NFPA, NJATC, NECA, ETA and others on FR, PPE and thermal hazard issues.
