ASSP expects to draw more than 5,000 attendees from 40 countries to its Safety 2020 Professional Development Conference and Exposition. The event takes place June 23-25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

ASSP is calling on employers to take steps to protect America’s workers from injury and illness in response to newly released data. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that 2.8 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses occurred in 2018, unchanged from the previous year. It was the first time since 2012 that the rate did not decrease.
