On April 8, 2022, a National Emphasis Program (NEP) became effective under OSHA addressing heat exposures. The NEP describes policies and procedures for implementing effective measure to protect employees from heat-related hazards and resulting injuries and illnesses in outdoor and indoor workplaces. Our panel of subject matter experts will address the NEP and other proactive methods to protect employees and prevent workplace exposure heat stress.
