During the conference, students:

  • Connect with peers, OSH professionals and employer representatives
  • Engage in dynamic presentations and sessions

Keynote speaker Rebecca Bratton will share steps companies can take to create a culture of courage in which bias for action, caring for people and winning ever day is possible. "After 15 years of working in corporate leadership I learned (the hard way!) that there was more to success than just compliance with the same old rules, norms and ways of doing things," she explains. Her talk will focus on building courage, overcoming fear and spreading courage.
