Randall C. Butler is a member of our Advisory Committee, serving as conference and events planning coordinator. He works for Consumers Energy, managing its contractor safety oversight program. In his role he is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement by extending the company's safety culture to contractors. This includes eliminating contractor injuries, aligning internal stakeholders, creating a systematic protocol to manage the inherent risks of contractor oversight, implementing safety best-practices and mitigating risk to an acceptable level.
