Officer Central Is Now Community Leaders Resources

May 11, 2018

With the launch of our new website, Community Leaders Resources is the new home for tools and tips for chapter leaders. You will find:

  • Improved navigation: Information is now organized by activity area — like member engagement, chapter operations or chapter communications. This will help you find what you need to do what you want to do regardless of your role in the chapter.
  • Simplified content: We've removed outdated content and added fresh resources so you can more easily find what you are looking for.
  • Opportunities for collaboration: You can now learn more about what practice specialty and common interest group communities are doing and how you can work together to provide value to members.

You’ll also access your chapter’s roster is a new spot — your own member profile. When you log in and open your profile, you’ll notice a new tab called “My Groups.” Click on that tab to view and download your chapter’s roster.

Some important notes about using the rosters tool: We will continue to update chapter rosters regularly so you should download a new roster each time you need to access information about your members. The communications policy is outlined in the roster tool.  All chapter officers are still required to follow this policy to protect members' privacy.

I can't find any of the old resources I used to be able to access, such as rosters. Where did they go?

Hi, Brenda!

Thank you for your feedback and for your time in exploring the new Community Leaders Resources.

You can now access your chapter rosters through your profile, under the "My Groups" tab.

Instructions for accessing your roster are posted at https://www.assp.org/community-leader-resources/chapters/chapter-management/chapter-rosters in the Using Chapter Rosters section.

If you need help or have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to ChapterServices@assp.org.

i'm' George Shay,  the treasurer of the McKinley chapter. Quick question, is our chapter EIN number still the same (23-7083190).

Your new roster looks very nice, but I can't work with it.  It would be nice if it was in the Excel form that it was previously.  I need to be able to access email addresses, and to sort it to make a phone call list. Also, in the current form, I don't know if our S. E. Section members are included.

Hi, old office central has the training required for leaders; where can I find here?
James Evans

Our Sabine Neches Chapter (Region 3) will be having our Golf Tournament on October 9, 2020.

I was searching for the Liability Documents for this event. Can you please forward them to my email?

Thankfully yours,
