Management Systems provide a structured approach to identify hazards and consistently reduce the associated risk. Being part of ASSP’s Management Practice Specialty for almost a decade, I believe that we can continue to increase member engagement through webinars, books clubs and social events to connect and collaborate. We will continue to expand opportunities for professional development so that our members are the experts in management systems and associated leadership to implement and execute effectively. I believe we have lots of room to share innovative practices.
My style is teamwork, instilling confidence along with a collaborative approach. I value all voices, opinions and input and I believe that the variety of perspectives ultimately makes the final product better.
